1. Overview
You may apply for a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Before accepting your delivery, please check that the package is undamaged and that all items are intact. If you notice any issues, you can refuse the delivery or contact us immediately.
Our return service types:
- Return & Refund: Send the item back and receive a full refund. We review all requests within 48 hours.
- Exchange: Send the item back and receive a replacement.
- Refund Only: In certain cases (e.g., missing parts), a partial or full refund may be issued without requiring a return.
2. Return Conditions
For non-quality-related returns (e.g., change of mind):
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and documentation must be intact.
- The item must not have been opened, installed, or activated.
For quality-related returns (defective, damaged, wrong, or missing items):
- We will arrange a free return, exchange, or refund after verifying the issue.
- Please provide photos or a short video as evidence when contacting us.
3. Accepted Reasons for Return
- Change of mind → Return & Refund / Exchange
- Defective or faulty product → Return & Refund / Exchange
- Item doesn't match description → Return & Refund / Exchange
- Wrong color, size, or model → Return & Refund / Exchange
- Missing parts or missing item → Return & Refund / Exchange / Refund only

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Personal care items: Underwear, socks, stockings, shapewear, lingerie, and similar items.
- Beauty & skincare products: Fragrances, nail products, oral care, shaving products, hair tools, earrings, and similar items.
- Unsealed or opened items: Any product whose original seal or packaging has been opened or tampered with.
- Installed products: Items that have been assembled or installed (e.g., gas stoves, mechanical equipment).
- Activated products: Items that have been activated or registered (e.g., mobile phones, laptops, software).
- Virtual or digital goods: Top-ups, software licenses, or promotional items.
- Other exclusions: Items not purchased from WeCheapIt, items outside the 30-day window, or items damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repair.
5. How to Request a Return
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:
Please include your order details and, where applicable, photos or videos showing the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.
6. Product Integrity on Return
Returned items must include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. Missing gifts or accessories will result in a deduction of 10% of the product's purchase price from the refund.
